Developed a unique logo that captures the essence of this special, ensuring it resonates powerfully across both on-air and NBC platforms
Initial Design Objective
I led the redesign and systemization of LinkedIn’s DesignOrg Show & Tell, transforming it from a recurring forum into a scalable visual platform for cross-functional storytelling.
To expand beyond LinkedIn’s core brand system, I developed three strategic visual territories to test how structure, expression, and process could shape internal storytelling. These explorations helped define a refreshed identity system and reframe how design storytelling could live inside LinkedIn’s internal culture.
Concept Exploration
Three distinct visual territories were explored:
Mural
A bold, Bauhaus-inspired direction using modular geometry and expressive composition to reflect the energy and diversity of the creative community.
Morphic
A future-forward direction using gradients, fluid forms, and soft dimensional cues to communicate experimentation, innovation, and momentum.
Blueprints
A process-driven direction inspired by technical drawing systems and grid structures, emphasizing clarity, structure, and design thinking.

Shipped Results
The final identity combined elements from both Morphic and Mural with Bauhaus structural principles and contemporary gradient-driven expression, balancing clarity and modularity with energy and forward momentum.
The system was shipped and adopted across Design and Product, providing reusable presentation templates, iconography, and self-serve assets that empowered teams to present work with clarity and consistency.
